Meet Kristin
Best Selling Author, Podcast Host, Creative Guide, Mystic, Tantrika…I wear many hats.
Yet, at my roots, I am a gal from Texas with a servant’s heart who guides people to shine and share their light through storytelling, hands on bodywork, and purposeful choices.
After experiencing the death of my father, psychological and sexual abuse, and the loss of loved ones to prison, suicide, and addiction, I coped by seeking love, worthiness, and acceptance in all the ‘wrong’ places.
Fortunately, these experiences served as the catalyst for my healing quest and for writing my first memoir, Sex, Drugs, & Soul: Finding Grace in the Shadow.
Through memoir writing, psychedelics, and somatic practices, I integrated my light and shadow and now blend my learnings, experiences, and certifications into creative modalities that nurture and empower authentic expression.
When I’m not coaching or writing, I'm sweating it out in the sauna or on my latest adventure.
